It shares many of the same sought-after cognitive and medicinal benefits, making it both a functional and delicious addition to your kitchen. While it is a reliable and rewarding grower, it is best to harvest when the "teeth" are clearly defined but before they begin to yellow or dry out at the tips. Waiting too long to harvest can compromise its delicate texture and shelf life. We designed this kit with the beginner home-grower in mind.
