Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, please wait for your pickup confirmation order. This is a second email that will be sent separately from your order confirmation email within 1 to 2 business days. Please wait to receive your pickup confirmation prior to arriving to TELUS Spark. Have your confirmation order email available on your phone or printed out for your reference.

We are happy to offer you a contact-less curbside pickup option from Monday to Friday (10:00am to 4:30pm) or you may come into the store and pickup your order from the cash desk from Monday to Sunday (10:00am to 5:00pm).

Curbside pickup is available on the following days and times:

Mondays: 10:00am to 4:30pm in store or curbside pickup
Tuesdays: 10:00am to 4:30pm in store or curbside pickup
Wednesdays: 10:00am to 4:30pm in store or curbside pickup
Thursdays: 10:00am to 4:30pm in store or curbside pikcup
Fridays: 10:00am to 4:30pm in store or curbside pickup
Saturdays: 10:00am to 5:00pm in store pickup only
Sundays: 10:00am to 5:00pm in store pickup only
Holidays: 10:00am to 5:00pm in store pickup only

If you are picking up your order in store, please make sure to pay for parking. If you're just stopping at the store, there is a free 45 min parking option on the pay machines!

How to Pick up Your Order Through Curbside Pickup:

  • When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification to go to TELUS Spark for pick up. Look for the designated curbside pick-up parking space outside of the front entrance when you arrive and park your vehicle.
  • Call 403-817-6894 to let the store know you have arrived. Be prepare to give your name and order number over the phone.
  • A TELUS Spark staff member will bring your items out on a cart and place it on the walkway to the front entrance. Once the staff member has stepped away from the cart, you can come collect your items.

SHIPPING

TELUS Spark ships all items through Canada Post and UPS and will provide tracking numbers for your package. We offer a $15 flat shipping rate to destinations in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping.
