Refund policy

Returns or exchanges for products will be accepted within 30 days of the order date at the TELUS Spark store for items that are unused/unworn, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts & accessories for credit of the purchase price minus shipping, handling, and other charges. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be paid by the customer.

The original packing slip or order confirmation are required for proof of purchase/price.

 The following items are required for returning items to the store:

1)      The unused/unworn item in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts & accessories

2)      The order packing slip, original receipt or order confirmation*.

*If these are not provided the credit amount will be issued for a value equal to the item's current price. 

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

All items will be verified to be intact and in new condition during the packaging of your order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at 403-817-6800. Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.
